This means that you are not required to eat more calories in one day for increasing your muscle mass. When you are making choices for food, choose foods which are high in protein and low in fat such as meat and fish.Other food choices that will be helpful in balancing your diet include vegetables, fruits, whole grains and bean.

If you do not have healthy diet and perform regular exercise then it is possible that you may gain excessive weight.
