- Later you can start with cycling and swimming. Both of these activities are very rigorous and effective. They help your body burn more calories and you can see a faster result.
- Once you are done with the basic methods you can try weight lifting exercises. These exercises will let you concentrate at specific body areas where you want to lose weight. Along with losing weight you also shape up that body part to get more attractive look. You can try dumbbells, barbells with weights to perform weight lifting exercises.
The actual combination that works for weight loss is regular exercising along with an effective diet plan which can be continued for future.
