Tips to Lose Weight at Home by Exercising


Losing weight is not a very easy job but what it really need is a planning. If you can afford than you have plenty of weight loss programs available following which you can lose weight. These programs offer a plan that includes workouts and exercises, a diet plan and a psychological training to keep up with the training program. But if you cannot afford such type of weight loss programs you can try your own weight loss your plan. You can try weight loss exercises at home without much of the weight loss exercise equipment.

Exercising not only helps you to lose your weight but it also helps your body to get a proper shape. Most of these exercises can be done with the very basic household items.

  • The very basic exercise you can do is running or jogging. You can start about 15 min of jogging per day atleast 2 times. Than later you can increase the time, speed and distance for jogging.

  • Swimming is one of the best exercises to lose weight. This is one exercise which can be done easily and the weight loss is very easily noticeable very fast.

  • Cycling is another option which matches with the jogging. You can try cycling for 15 minutes daily or if you are use to cycling than you can do 30 min of cycling everyday.

  • Some of the very basic exercises you can perform at home without any equipment which are effective for weight loss are forward stretches, arm swing, leg swings, side stretches, leg raising, thigh stretches, shoulder circles, etc.

  • You can get a set of dumbbells, barbells and weights. The dumbbells are very useful equipment which can be used in different ways to do exercises. You can use the dumbbells to perform exercises for different part of your body. You can perform lower back extension using dumbbells. You can also try hammer curls for biceps, lateral raise for shoulders, kickbacks for triceps, static lunge, etc with dumbbells. You can also try deadlifts, back row, bench press using barbells.

  • Another exercising technique that doesn’t need any equipment and can be easily done at home is push ups. There are many ways in which push ups can be done like, one hand push up, finger tip push up, diamond push ups, ballistic push ups, knuckle push ups, slow push ups, walls push ups, etc.

Before you start with theses exercises at home you must get some opinion from a professional if you don’t have any prior experience. You must start doing the weight loss exercises slowly. And as you get the experience you can increase the speed and complication of exercises further. These weight loss exercises when you do at home should be supported with a healthy diet food habit
