  • Scientist has now clinically proven that drinking more water sheds more weight. This experiment was done on mid aged and old aged people of age between 45 years to 75 years. They were asked to drink 2 cups of water before meal which needs to be repeated for each meal. This procedure was continued for twelve weeks and they have reduced about 7 to 8 kg of weight.
