Motivation is the primary element among all the other factors, which determine our success and confidence in whatever we do. And the same applies to weight loss too; motivation also seems to work miracles here.

It seems to be the driving force that stimulates us for losing and cutting down those extra pounds of fat. It’s also considered to be the most important factor to stand by us, especially when things don’t work out the way we want them to.

Always focus on positivity and cut down negativity, since this would discourage and disappoint you. I am sure most of us always emphasize and highlight our bad points instead of focusing on our positive side.  We should accept our negative points instead of pondering over them and then try working them out, so as to bring fruitful results.

Always keep your goal in mind, come what may and never get depressed or disheartened, if you don’t see or get immediate results. Remember we differ from everyone, so this is the same reason why we tend to have different body metabolism. What works on us may not work on others and vice versa.
