Sun Salutations


Sun Salutations is well known as Suryanamaskara. If one wishes to do a bit yoga daily, perform Sun Salutations. The Suryanamaskara is benefits to make strong joint and muscle although inspiring all the major organs for persons with restricted time.

The Sun Salutation is the main series of different poses connected by continuous flowing movement and completed by five breaths. Do this form of yoga very consciously and slowly.

One should follow the following steps to do Sun Salutations:

  • First of all stand up in a straight posture with hands and feet in prayer style.
  • Breathe in as one as can and lift arms up above the brain and curving the back a little.
  • Breathe out as one twist frontward and get the hands to the ground. One can be kept knees little bent and let the head hang up peaceful.
  • In this step, breath in as one can and contact the right leg back even as twisting the left leg into a leap.
  • Gradually start to breath out as one set the left leg back after that to the right leg and keep straight the body into plank pose completing the breath out as one
  • Lower the body to the ground, touching the hands to the ground, chins, knees, chest and feet and keeps the abdomen, buttocks and thighs lift.
  • Breath in, gradually curve the upper torso and relax the lower torso and seem in anticipation of the arms are straight.
  • Breath out as one can and push back down in pose of dog.
  • Breath in as one goes the right leg frontward until it relaxes on the ground between the hands.
  • Breath out and bring left leg back to frontward curve.
  • Deep breathing and stand up straight and raising the arms back above the head.
  • Breath out as one brings the hands in from of the chest.
